For reed switch magnetic sensors, we have introduced advanced low-pressure injection molding equipment and adopted internationally advanced low-pressure hot-melt injection molding encapsulation technology, which greatly enhances the reliability of the products. Building on this, we continue to innovate. For electronic sensors, we use high-pressure injection molding integrated forming encapsulation technology. The mold is high-pressure injection molded in one go, with a forming time of 10 to 15 seconds. After injection molding, the light holes are flat and transparent without any overflow of glue, and the wire sleeve mold is integrated into one piece, resulting in a smooth appearance with much higher competitive.
